I have written here myself on the efficacy of L-Argine - AAKG - Argine

Alpha-Ketogultarate. It is excellent: ensure *Alpha-Ketoglutarate*. There are

variuos studies showing efficacy in healing, especially after orthopaedics.

Helps to heal surgical wounds, helps in tissue repair. Also helps in

controlling hypertension. Do not take if suffering from hypotension (low blood

pressure) and advised not to take if taking blood thinning meds.

 

AAKG is boosted by Jiagulan. The 'J' herb is available from herbcom.com

and iherb.com You can puarchase in powder form or in a dried herb form, this

latter you will have to make into a tea. It is so-so...!! Make a strong

tea, steep for 20 mins odd. I prefer to buy the powder form. Simple. I mix 2

teas AAKG with 3/4 teas 'J' dissolve in a little warm water, and take. Twice

a day on an empty stomach. So, first thing in the morning and an hour afore

or after after evening meal.

 

 

I have taken AAKG and 'J' for over 18months. Have high blood pressure,

which is now controlled, and also have had three surgeries in the one year.

Would not be without either of em. It is also a good pain med - hardly ever

take a pain med, inspite of many arthritic OA/SpAs problems, including

compression fractures in my spine. It is an amazing anti-inflammatory. (The

next

step is that it is being incorporated into the Ibuprofen NSAID - nonsensical.

NSAIDs cause stomache ulcers and GI inflammation...the drug cos are just

trying to salvage their wretched NSAIDs...!!)

BTW - can also give to animals: horses, and dogs. Excellent results. That

is a separate issue.
