I can tell you this, make sure you know if you have

dissolving stitches or not. When I got my wisdom

teeth done I was 15 (and unhappy about it, my wisdom

teeth were perfect, but the dentist said they might

cause problems later with no reason to think so, and

my mom fell for it, and now my teeth seem to be

spreading out into the area where wisdom teeth should

be), they told me to come back in two weeks to get the

stitches taken out. After three weeks I asked my mom

why she hadn't taken me back to get the stitches taken

out, and she said " They're dissolving stitches, they

will fall out on their own "

I said " I'm pretty sure they said I had to come back

to get them removed "

" No they didn't. "

A few months later I said to my mommmmmm " The stiches

haven't fallen out yet and theres food getting stuck

in them but they hurt to brush, I think they could get

infected. "

" They'll fall out, they are dissolving stitches "

About six months later I removed them myself with a

pair of toenail clippers and tweezers. Only when I

showed them to my mom after I removed them myself did

she finally believe me that they weren't dissolving

stitches.

It sucks to remove your own stitches, especially out

of your mouth! Make sure you know if you have to go

back in to get the stitches removed!

Visualize, Visualize, Visualize, Diana! Use the power of your mind and

the power of intention to make it easy on yourself and your doctor. My

husband had a tooth that had to come out, and although he couldn't

feel pain from the extraction, his doctor was having a very hard time

getting the tooth to come out. Andries closed his eyes, breathed

deeply, and " felt " the tooth releasing from the root and coming out

cleanly and easily. All of a sudden, that's what happened, and it was

such a relief for both of them.

I had all my wisdom teeth out on the same day as a friend of mine. I

had minimal pain, almost no swelling, and I was feeling fine in a few

days. My friend had lots of pain, swelled up like a chipmunk, and it

took him over a week to get over the surgery. It's like having a baby.

You'd certainly like an easy labor that lasts for twenty minutes, but

whatever comes, you'll handle it. And the more positive you are about

your own strength and your ability to heal, the better your results

will be. Good thoughts come,

I have a whole file on the use of several Amazon

formulas for dental health.

Recovazon gel can be used to ease the discomfort

of sitting there with your mouth open for hours.

Sangre de Drago is unequalled as a wound healer.

Ask me for the testimonials off list, we don't want

to turn the board into a big commercial.

Thank you so much for all of the replies to this post.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out yesterday and everything is going

very smoothly. She started taking Arnica a few days before and is

still taking some now. Her recovery is very quick. We even went out

shopping today.

We are now rinsing her mouth with Colloidal Silver and Aloe Vera water.

So far so good..and we are really pleased with the results.

Thank you for the message about the stitches...it was my first question!

With thanks

Sounds good. If she happens to have some pain, acupuncture is " just

the thing. " I have experience in this field and know whereof I

speak. For many folks, btw, after the wisdom teeth are gone, the

overall body tension is reduced, which can be quite a blessing.
