Guest guest
Quantum Biofeedback Therapies will help to reduce and or lessen symptoms while working to find the original cause that made the Lupus appear. And Biofeedback IS natural and non invasive. Guest guest
I only have some vague stuff on lupus. I felt really bad for 2 or 3 yrs., kept going to the doctor, who ignored me, treated me like a hypochondriac. Sometimes I would have this puffy redness across my nose and cheeks, like an alcoholic, but I didn't drink much. Guess I never asked the dr. about that, particularly. Finally went to a different dr., for something else, and he ordered some blood tests. ANA (antinuclear antibodies) was " borderline, maybe lupus, and there's not really anything you can do about it " . Went home and searched the internet, and the symptoms matched up. Long story short, it scared me enough that I ate nothing but good whole food for a month, and took lots of digestive enzymes with every meal, and by a month and 1/2 felt great, no rash or anything. Well, that kind of diet would be good for almost everything. I didn't notice how my bowel movements were, but now I know that has a lot to do with how I feel. I relapsed into not eating all good food, but still take the digestive enzymes (almost twice what it recommends on the bottle), and only occasionally get a little bit of that redness and achy joints and stuff. Sure is good to know that there IS something I can do about it... Guest guest
I have had Lupus for many years. The ANA testa that they do are often inconclusive. They are also out date tests. You only have to have 4 of the 11 clinical signs to be diagnosed. Do your self a faver and do not go to a rheumatologist. They are full of #@$%!!!!! Lupus is nothing to be afraid of. You feel bad. You can eat well and yet still you can feel like dog crap. If your system can tolerate Celebrex it is one of the best drugs to keep you going. I have tried every herbal remedy that exists. Their is only one herb that keeps the joint pain and the duration of the flair up to a minimum. Their is only one herb that can really help keep the flair ups to a minimum. That is Cannabus. If you live in a state that will give you a script for it, then you have it made. If you want more information concerning that you can e-mail me at: Williamandkandyce --- jmr1290 <jomarex wrote: > I only have some vague stuff on lupus. It shows us how generic measures taken to build health take us beyond the " this for that " mentality that allopathic medicine is based on. It has its place, but we can do so much ourselves! Guest guest
I'm sorry to here about your sister in law and her daughter. This can be a very sad disease. I lost my father to it. He was a very strong healthy man all of his life. I never remember him getting sick until the symptoms started. It took him very fast(within months). They diagnosed him and sent him to Rochester, MN to Mayo twice and the second time he never came home. It was sad to watch him deteriorate and all organs shut down one by one. But your family has a really good chance of living a better and longer life. I lost him 20 years ago. They know so much more now. One thing I remember them telling us is that women can be put in remission alot easier than men. I wish all the best to you and your family. We will be praying for your family. Guest guest
My wife has had Lupus since 1980 and is still here although she is seriouslt restricted now. When I was a student osteopath,I was told about a medical person who was close to death with Lupus and persuaded his team to stress him, by doing nothing. They set him up in bed with a saline drip and observed, on his instructions. After two days he was unconcious and not expected to live more than three days, after two weeks he sat up and said I feel fine. He realised that diet must play an important part, so he ate sensibly and gave up alcohol; and smoking. The last I heard of him he was still going strong and that was three years ago. What a medical man can do for himself, no medical man would or could do for the general public, but it gave me an idea. I arranged for my wife to be stressed, under supervision, with fasting and she was fasted for five weeks. She then went vegetarian, no booze and no smoking. Her quality of life was superb for 15 years, then she got fed up and has slowly gone downhill ever since. All the current medical treatment has been to no avail, so now we await verification of stemcell therapy. If anybody would like to go down the same route as my wife, I would suggest you fast as much as you can, go vegetarian, no alcohol or smoking. If you can't face vegetarianism then pay attention to your diet and test naturally at home for any mildly allergic responses of your body to food or drink. If I can be of any help please let me know. nasalb0ne.
