Guest guest
Has anybody done the 2-3 day apple juice fast followed by 4 oz. olive oil? I'm drinking apple juice like mad today, wondering how it might go. Does the olive oil make you as sick as the flush with repeated doses of olive oil? And a web search for " fatty liver " just gave me all kinds of things unrelated to a fatty liver. Anybody know about that? thanks Joy
Guest guest
Not apple juice you have to eat just apples for three days and drink olive oil at the end of the third day, it supposed to clean all of the organs in your body, it is Edgar Cayce 's remedy. Guest guest
I have not tried the apple liver flush but have tried others. I succeeded on the hulda clark flush...that is it was the only one that dislodged and produced my stones. One needs to minimize the displeasurable aspects of drinking the oil and such and don't forget to use the sleep aid to sleep through the blaaahhh times..ornithine was recommended but about any heavy duty sleep aid should do it. The object ..get to sleep asap right after drinking oil mixture. I use a straw to sip quickly the mixture and to get it to the back of my throat and try to not hit as many taste buds. I also had noted " fatty liver " on my sonograms and the drs didn';t say squat but my pain told me differently. Trust that is you have fatty liver noted you do have liver/gallstones. At the end of my flushed I had excreted about 16 ounces of stones....not counting the " chaff. " good luck to you. medusa - " jmr1290 " <jomarex Sunday, March 25, 2007 6:07 PM apple juice liver flush? > Has anybody done the 2-3 day apple juice fast followed by 4 oz. olive > oil? Guest guest
It's not the olive oil that makes you sick. You should read Hulda Clark liver flush. It works. But its the epsom salt. I think next time I'll try a good quality sea salt. You need to have your bile ducts relaxed and open for gallstones to come through. I've always read that first thing in the morning you drink water with fresh lemon juice to clean a fatty liver.
Guest guest
Yes for some people drinking that much oil at one time does make them have seasick stomach type feelings..but getting to sleep fast will help avoid going through that..... and one NEEDS the Epsom salt ( although not good tasting) to relax the ducts..do not substitute with anything else if you are trying this particular formula of cleanse. It snot a fun cleanse compared to others I'm sure but I tried three others that did not eliminate my stones...huldas's did. my 2cents.... medusa - " palmtreeswinger " <palmtreeswinger > > It's not the olive oil that makes you sick.
