Thanks, this is good to know! The only time my heels stop cracking is when I

wear shoes all the time, which I don't like to do.

About the oil pulling, my husband and I have been doing it for only about a

week or a little longer, and for the first time in years, I have had

consistently easy bowel movements. Ever since my children were born, I have had

to sit for a while, drinking up to 36 ounces of water before anything would

happen. And I drank water all day, so it wasn't dehydration. I am so grateful to

this group for introducing this topic and discussing it enough so that I decided

to give it a try. I love it, and since I have been doing a form of urine therapy

for about a year or more, the idea of the oil in my mouth was no biggie.

By the way, the urine therapy has worked wonders for sinus problems that I

used to have. When the air pressure would drop and rain clouds would gather,

sometimes I thought my head would fall off, and sometimes I hoped it would. Then

I would get the pressure start to build in my sinuses and it would get worse.

Now, as the clouds gather, I make sure to start with my first urination in the

morning. Sometimes the relief is as fast as a few seconds after putting it in my

mouth. It's really amazing, and my results have been so consistent that my

husband even tried it. If anyone has any questions about what I do, you can

email me at imlivingonpurpose

Wishing everyone the best life of all possibilities,
