Guest guest Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 I am looking for a natural way to help PMS symptoms, mostly just the moods. I can't seem to shake the bad mood. I've been exercising but I haven't really noticed a change. Normally I am happy go lucky but a week before that time I am horrible.
