want to know exercise or natural treatement for kidney

hello how r u everybody.i hope u all are well.as i mentioned earlier that my

Mother is kidney patient .she is taking ayuevedic treatement.does anybody know

which is useful for my Mother.i men any exercise.food,fruit.

which decreases urea and cretinine.

i also want to know about the improvement of himoglobin.
