Guest guest
I am thinking about starting Rhodiola for a chronic stress and health anxiety problem (of course, all my clinical tests have been normal!!) i have had for about 2 years. I was wondering if anybody here has had good/bad experiences with this?? I definitely think i am suffering from adrenal exhaustion. I also hope this stuff doesnt stimulate you and make you jittery like coffee does because i definitely dont want that, as i have recently come off an alcohol and prescribed tranquilizer addiction. I quit alcohol 2 yrs ago and the meds about 4 months ago. Thanks in advance.

I absolutely love it- haven't been sick in two years, am able to work night shift and still get good sleep when its time to sleep, and have energy when its not time to sleep. I also have my dogs on it, as they are canine athletes and compete in dog agility. My ability to focus is better, I'm better able to deal with stress- still have it, but cope with it better. Guest guest
J, I have beeen using Rhodiola for about a year now faithfully and have been very please with the results. Rhodiola is a great adaptegenic herb, helping the body deal with all outside stressors. It has no stimulant effect and also aids in fat burning. I take mine on an empty stomach with green tea in the morning. I work for Great Earth Vitamins and this is our most popular herb. Good luck!
