Guest guest
Over the past two days I have started to incorporate the both The Oil Swishing and The Water Therapy. I start the Oil Swishing by taking 1 TBSP of Sunflower Oil (cold pressed) and swish it around my mouth for up to 15 - 20 mins... (although I am still building up to this time) after spitting the oil out after this time, I rinse my mouth out several times and then continue with the Water Therapy which simply is drinking 6 cups of warm water one after the other. It is really helping push everything through...and I am surprised after all that water, I can still be thirsty not long after. I will keep you informed of my progress. I have been so impressed by both therapies I have added them onto my website for anyone interested. http://www.bowentherapy.homestead.com/watertherapy.html All the best Diana Moore http://www.emotionalfreedom.homestead.com http://www.cafepress.com/omsymbol

Guest guest
Diana, Do you add a pinch of sea salt to the warm water? And I thought one should not drink that much water in one session? Doesn't Dr. B. recommend a glass per hour? I quite enjoy the newsletter of Dr. Ben Kim. He had an article on the present water craze recently. Just for balance, look it up at http://drbenkim.com On the other hand, if it works for you it works for you and that is the final test! Guest guest
Hi there... Thanks for the concern and the link. I think drinking vasts amount of water and not urinating is asking for BIG trouble. We have done the Water Therapy about 3 times now...the amount of water I thought wasn't that much. I tend to drink a couple of large glasses of water anyway first thing as I always feel so dehydrated in the morning. I have read that you must make sure you add salt to your diet if you are drinking alot of water. I am taking Cell Salts (the combination of the 12 salts) and a Multi vitimin and Mineral every day. I would not normally take these every day, but as I am trialling these other therapies I thought it wise. I haven't had any adverse affects from drinking 6 cups of warm water in the morning...but I would advise caution especially if you are pregnant etc...as there isn't alot of information to support the Water Therapy...just alot of guidelines of hows to do it. The Oil Pulling on the other hand has heaps of testimonials to support it. I will keep you informed of my progress...but so far I am feeling great and it is fab for weight loss..
