Guest guest Posted March 11, 2007 Report Share Posted March 11, 2007 I found my liver and gallbladder detox! here it is. eat a light breakfast of fruit 2 p.m. begin fasting 6 p.m mix 4 T of epsom salt in 3 c water use good bottled water, not tap 6 p.m. drink 3/4 c epsom salt mixture 8 p.m. drink 3/4 c epsom salt mixture 10 p.m. drink 4 oz of extra virgin olive oil mixed with 4 oz of lemon juice go to bed and lie on your right side with your knees drawn up to your chest for at least 20 minutes ( 30 minutes is best) just relax and breathe 6 a.m. drink 3/4 c epsom salt mixture 8 a.m drink 3/4 c epsom salt mixture 10 a.m drink fresh vegetable juice 12 noon eat a nice salad be sure to be near a bathroom, as your body will flush bright green stones through your stool throughout the morning and into the early afternoon. maybe for several days. you can repeat this cleanse several times as necessary. also the first time you try this you may not pass the bright green stones but it will definately happen the second time you do it.
