I found my liver and gallbladder detox! here it is.

eat a light breakfast of fruit

2 p.m. begin fasting

6 p.m mix 4 T of epsom salt in 3 c water use good bottled water, not tap

6 p.m. drink 3/4 c epsom salt mixture

8 p.m. drink 3/4 c epsom salt mixture

10 p.m. drink 4 oz of extra virgin olive oil mixed with 4 oz of lemon juice

go to bed and lie on your right side with your knees drawn up to your chest for

at least 20 minutes ( 30 minutes is best)

just relax and breathe

6 a.m. drink 3/4 c epsom salt mixture

8 a.m drink 3/4 c epsom salt mixture

10 a.m drink fresh vegetable juice

12 noon eat a nice salad

be sure to be near a bathroom, as your body will flush bright green stones

through your stool throughout the morning and into the early afternoon. maybe

for several days. you can repeat this cleanse several times as necessary. also

the first time you try this you may not pass the bright green stones but it will

definately happen the second time you do it.

Re: Rosacea

Dear Dede,

The ROOT cause of Rosacea, as for so many

skin conditions, is a sluggish liver.

Anything you do to cleanse the intestinal

tract and activate the liver will be useful.

There are many good products for that on

the market, you already know which ones I

like.

Rainforest Treasure Tea agreed with your

system, it is great for the liver.

And: do you have Dandelions where you are

in Texas? Dandelion Root and leaf are one

of humanity's greatest blessings. Free for

the taking, food, medicine, spirit-lifting

beauty all in one. One of the great loves of

my life. If they are blooming already, just

nibbling a stem is good for your gallbladder.

It tastes mildly bitter with a nice gentle crunch.

Thanks to Maria Treben for that one.

Why is there so much suffering in the world when

we are surrounded by Herbal Healers?
