I'm all for alternatives, but if this is an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack) you need emergency room attention, possibly thrombolytics NOW. The expression is Time=Muscle and time lost is muscle (heart muscle) lost. The longer you wait, the more chance of a poor outcome (including death!)
