Guest guest
Diane: Do you mean the water and lemon drink? I was horrified to find out that a new client of mine has been going for colonics for two years, once or twice a week and she's been told she still has stuff stuck in her. She hasn't received any nutritional advice other that to take evening primrose oil. She was recommended to not take fiber because it draws water away from the body! It's just amazing how anyone can set themselves up a business like that and not help someone. Two years!!!! My question is this, now that she has become reliant on the colonics, what is the best way for her to get her bowels moving? Will her muscles even work correctly anymore? I know my probiotic superfood will get rid of constipation naturally once the bacteria recolonize and balance out but I'm a bit concerned in her case about the actual physical functioning. I'd like to have an answer for her by Friday without having to spend two days reading since my best books don't have an index. If anyone has dealt with this before, please let me know. I think colonics are great for a few times to get out the bulk of the toxins but also think it should be accompanied by a high fiber diet or fiber product to scrape the built up gunk off thw bowel walls. She's been told there is stuff stuck in certain parts of her bowel. I don't see how colonics will help now if it hasn't the first 200 times! I guess her practitioner is happy. On a good note, she did get rid of her chronic neck pain. Sharon , " Diana Moore " <thebowentechnique wrote: > > I can vouch for the " Water Therapy " . Guest guest
The water therapy I was using was mentioned by a member on this group. Drinking 6 glasses of warm water first thing in the morning before eating or brushing your teeth..thats basically it. It worked for me and I was amazed that I was still thirsty shortly after. Guest guest
Dear Sharon, I am in consonance with your view. It is not just for a Diabetic patient alone, every person should take adequate fibre food for adequate movement and it is absolutely natural. Other therapy is just one time or temporary measure. Guest guest
Sharon, I understand that you have your own good stuff, but let me tell you my favorite Fiberzon story. Bonnie Seltzer is an MS survivor and counsellor. I don't know if her website is happening. If it is, check out http://outsmartingms.com She is knowledgeable and wonderful and if I had MS I'd gladly pay her for her hard-won advice. Bonnie's main tool for regaining her health was Klamath Lake BlueGreen Algae, the love of my life. She took huge amounts and went from bed-ridden to vibrant. Except for one thing: her colon remained stubbornly paralysed. She depended on enemas several times a week. After taking Fiberzon twice daily for 3 months she regained normal movements. Fiberzon is much more than fiber. It has a whole list of herbs that help to heal and tone the colon.
