It's been found that most people are magnesium deficient as a result of the typical western diet full of sugar and processed foods. It's can also be helpful in some cases of arthritis which is sometimes the result of a buildup of calcium in the joints and soft tissue. This occurs because the body had a hard time with calcium absorption without the presence of an adequate amount of magnesium. If you take calcium supplements be sure to balance it with an almost equal amount of magnesium! Laurel ________ 8:00? 8:25? 8:40? Guest guest
Hi there, You in your message have stated that your mother is a kidney patient. What actually her problem is. Either it stone (calculai) or otherwise. Narrate everything in details so that, I am sure, appropriate remedy can be suggested.
