Guest guest
Very interesting, and it makes sense. What about cravings for healthy foods? Certain times of year/weather, I get extremely strong cravings for avocados and cherries, cravings which are not satisfied till I eat the foods... I always wonder if those cravings were because my body was lacking something...?? Guest guest
The occasional craving for healthy food is, in my opinion, the body's call for certain nutrients in order to maintain balance. ANY food craved constantly, however, is a red flag to a homeopath; it is another tile in the mosaic of what makes you YOU! Guest guest
There is also something to be said for eating in season - your body sometimes craves things in a particular season. Chinese medicine believes this - for example, spring is " liver " season. Sarah Anne , Andrea Gauland <dreaquince wrote: > > Very interesting, and it makes sense.
