The above link will lead to many international professional reviews. Another suggested website is: _http://www.alternet.org/story/28115_ (http://www.alternet.org/story/28115) Artificial sweeteners is a pretty worrysome area with the big bucks food giants jockeying for pole position (and control). Fortunately there is an international overview of the situation with ongoing and open dialogue - except that is in the UK where reportedly, but not verified (see jmmercola webpages) Tate & Llyle have tried to close the lid on the box! I think listers could well be interested in following through on the links - certainly an eye-opener. Update - UK TV: Splenda adverts are now on the 'box'. Splenda is the same as NutraSweet and = Aspartame. A poison by any other name (sure not a rose <grim smile>) Molly
