This explains the early HIstory of Thiamine Vitamin B1 discovered in Whole Rice

Bran. Eating Brown-Rice was scorned upon by people and sonsidered to be a " poor

man's food.

Brown_Rice was considered to be " animal fodder:' exactly how Dr. Eijman

discovered Vitamin B1; by giving sick animals Rice Bran fodder they all suddenly

became well.

When he gave them White Rice instead (no bran) the animals all got so weak and

sick.

The unfortunate thing about Rice is " The Nutrients are located on the outside

of the grain.

In whole Wheat for example the Nutririents are located in the center of the

Wheat " Germ " .

Potatoes also have valuable nutrients in the skins; which we all too often

will

Rice Bran; Rice Bran Oil and Rice Bran Extract all avail; on line as is

Organic Brown Rice.

A neat way to get B-Vitamins is with Organice Brown Rice Milk; makes sure it's

" Brown Rice
