There seems to be a common problem associated with a weight loss program due to the widespread cumulative effects of hydrogentated fats in foods. As these fats are much harder for the body to break down, a lot of people I know find it quite hard to sustain weight loss after an initial loss fo a few pounds, despite serious dieting and more regular exercise.
