I could have sworn that I saw several posts in this group regarding

two different detox bath concoctions... One using Apple Cidar Vinegar

and one using Ginger Both had other ingredients... I thought I saved

it but I cannot find it...

Can anyone help me with this? I got a massage today and am very sore,

when I do any physical work, I get very sore and in some cases very

painful joints, muscles etc..... Both of these baths seemed to sound

like they would work.... BUT, I cannot find them... I tried to do a

search on the groups main page under detox bath, but that might not

have been the title of it... Maybe it was another type of bath

discription... Either way, if anyone has it, could you please email

me offline and let me know... I know there were two people at least

with a bath to help relax and fall asleep and at the same time draw

impurities out of your body.. I would love to hear from both of

them...

Thanks so much in advance.. I look forward to hearing from you... I

really wanted to take one of those baths tonight, but looks like I'm

going to have to wait... I really have a hard time falling asleep and

staying asleep at night, but don't want to take any RX's.... I would

love something natural and relaxing to take the place that would help

me sleep and maybe even at the same time help reduce my anxiety....

(I have anxiety and panic attacks,I'm on meds' but would love to get

off of them)

Any and all help is welcome

Health and Blessings

Epsom Salts is best for sore muscles and aches in the body. It is really

magnesium and will be absorbed through the skin. Use as directed on box. Stay in

the tub for at least 20 minutes for max benefits.

Peace, thyme

Lavender oil in the bath water is always good.

A muscle relaxing bath would contain epsom salt and

white vinager.

Detox for flu and colds: 1 tbs ground ginger, 1 tbs

dry mustard, 1 cup epsom salts and Lavendar and/or

eucalyptus oils as desired. Drinking tepid water while

soaking. Rinse off afer soak to remove residue and

toxins. You will feel weak, but better after this one.

I also have available LL Magnetic clay baths for many

different detoxes: Arsenic, Environmental, Aluminum,

Mercury 1 & 2, General, Radiation, Smokers,Tox-away,

Copper & Lead, Formaldehyde. These are wonderful for a

full bath detox and using as a foot detox.
