Guest guest
And it increases your blood sugar so that your adrenals are working overtime to remove the excess sugar. Which will make you gain weight amongst other nasty side effects. Guest guest
just a note on aspartame.... a friend of mine has been using it for years because he prefers the flavour as he put it... the family has no history of diabetes. recently he has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. i have done a bunch of research and there are quite a few articles elluding to a link between overuse of artificial replacements (isotonics included) and type 1 diabetes... the reason i'm posting this is that someone the other day went the hard support for the use of aspartame specifically and i was wanting to know if anyone has or knows of any conclusive studies either damning or saving the idea... hamish... eat raw sugar / brown sugar...your body is able to get more from it and it is easier to process tastes better too...although thats probably more my opinion...good cookies -- -------------------------------- The Keeper of the Big Blue Cable of Connectivity TKBBCC - DNRC I:274300250 Y:hamish_dy M:hamish WL:hamish-dy
Guest guest
Hi...I read that aspartame(sp?) was originally created for getting rid of pests, like ants and such. Something to think about. My son in law started putting down on the counters and in the kitchen drawers to see if it worked and it did. We have a big problem with ants here for some reason. Live in Dover, De.
