Guest guest
Hello: I wanted to briefly explain to " all: How White Flour and White Sugar actually DEPLETE Vitamins; not to mention; do not add Vitamins. The way we digest Carbohydrates is: The Thiamine Vit. B1; which is an essential vitamin we obtain from food (some B-Vitamins are manufactured in the Intestines by healthy Pro-Bitoics) is Essential to " converting the carbohydrates we eat into a reliabe energy-source. For example: When I eat a piece of 100% Whole Wheat; Rye or other Whole Grain Bread(I usu. buy The 12-Grain Breads by " Bakers Inn/usa); When I eat the Whole Grain Bread; it is actually the naturally occuring THIAMINE Vitamin B1 occuring Naturlly in the Bread which ENABLES " my system to to convert the Carbs into usable energy " . The THIAMINE B1 converts the Carbs into Glucose; Gluscose is " like food for the Muscles. Without the THIAMINE B1; the CARBS I eat would NOT be converted to Glucsoe; which provide my muscles with energy. That is it in a nutshell. WHITE SUGAR AND FLOUR DEPLET THIAMINE B1. And to add to this; THE WHITE BREAD HAS NO NATURAL THIAMINE B1. (Synthetic Thiamine is added to White Bread in miniscule amounts USA.) SO IF WHITE BREAD WHICH IS CARBS; IS BASICALLY USELESS FOR BUIDLING MUSCLES AND OTHER FUNCTIONS; THEN CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW USELESS PURE SUGAR IS; ESP. TABLE SUGAR. (Thiamine B1 is The Anti-Alcohol Vit. When any person eats extra White Bread (pastires cakes etc.) and then adds Table Sugar to beverages and/or drinks Sodas etc. what this does: SINCE THERE IS NO THIAMINE IN TABLE SUGAR WHATSOEVER; AND SINCE TALBE SUGAR IS A CARBOHYDRATE; " White Sugar actually depletes Thiamine B1.) TO EAT SUGAR WITH OUT ADDING THIAMINE makes: You weak ! SO REDUCING SUGAR ACTUALLY BUILDS UP THIAMINE STORES. Anne. TIP OF THE DAY; WHAT ARE THE ONLY TWO KNOWN EDIBLE FOODS THAT HAVE NO PROTEIN WHATSOEVER: *TABLE SUGAR AND GELATIN. (also known as Jell-O; (a very " bad " food?). , Jessika Stone <remindersofthen wrote: > > Wow. I already eat only whole grains and I don't think I eat much refined sugar... except for today, I was bad today. Maybe I should take a harder look at my sugar intake.
