Guest guest
It may sound like a ridiculous question, but it was prompted by an " Out of the Blue " comment made by my Sister in Law recently. She stated that it's " Bad to drink while eating, because it interferes with your digetive fluids which your stomache produces " ! Is there any truth to this? I had thought it was Better to drink at least water while eating! Steve
Guest guest
I have heard that also. But at the same time, I've heard just as often that you should drink water with a meal. I figure that whatever feels right to your body is the best way to go when you hear an equal amount of conflicting energy. I drink water with meals, and if I am drinking something like juice or tea I drink it either before or after the meal. It just feels better to me that way. Plus, juice makes a great breakfast dessert! I have such a terrible sweet tooth.
