Low Thiamine Vit. B1 levles produce Alcohol Withdrawel symptons.

How it happens; ( Sudden total withdrawel is not recommended; cut

back gradually or risk sudden Nutritonal Deficiences.

Use all the other Natural treatments known;Magnesium;Glutamine;Vit. C.

" Consider Alcohol to be to Vitamins what Water is to a lit candle.

If Vitamins are a lit candle; then every time you drink Alcohol; you

put that Candle out.

Essential Vitamins and Minerals means: Must be obtained from food.

Water-Soluble Vits. are Vitamins that do not get stored in the system.

Thiamine Vit. B1 is the Vitamin that is most severely diminished by

the drinking of Alcohol. Thiamine is a fragile Vitamin not stable to

heat or alcohol. LOW LEVELS OF THIAMINE VIT. B1 ASSOICATED WITH

MEMORY LOSS. NOTICE; THIAMINE CAN BE OBTAINED AS A SCRIPT FROM M.D.

WHICH IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OR CAN BE PURCHASED OVER THE COUNTER.

When Alcohol is suddenly withdrawn; which I don't recommend; I

recommend gradual stopping such as reducing intake by a set amount

daily; But if you do Withdraw from Alcohol suddenly you MUST take

Thiamine B1 by pill form. The difference could be astounding.

I knew a woman who withdrew from Alcohol " suddenly " and she has total

memory loss! So I read of Dr. Korsakoff's Scientific Studies of

Thiamine Vit. B1 and I gave this person 100 mgs. of Thiamine daily

for seven days at which time the patient had 90% Memory Restored.

I continued to use this for the next two months with astounding action

Recommended dosage for Thiamine Vit. B1 during Alcohol withdrawel:

1. 50 mgs. daily up to 500 mgs. daily; taken in 100 mgs. tablets.

As mentioned I like TwinLab Vitamin B1-Caps; very inexpensive to boot!
