Guest guest
Greetings all! I have been suffering from neuropathy in my feet. I am not diabetic. I have a high pain threshold, but have found that recently the pain can become too much to bear. I have no health insurance, do not trust allopathic doctors all that much, and will be making some capsaicin tincture tonight. BUT . . . are there any other helps? Any advice? Thanks to all for your kindness. Peace and blessings, Zanna
Guest guest
Hello Zanna: sounds like A Vitamin B12-Deficiency possibly coupled with other B-Vitamin Deficienes. I'd get some Vitamin B12 sub-linguals. A. ps you can also do Epsom's Salts foot-baths in bathtub or plastic-tub. - - In , " Zanna " <majerle2d wrote: > > Greetings all! Guest guest
Sometimes the people will have the symptoms of diabetes before a blood test confirms it. Neuropathy pain in the feet & legs is one of the most common such 'pre-diabetic' symptoms. Just because your blood sugar is not high enough to say you are diabetic does not mean you aren't headed in that direction & you can suffer the damages of the disease. My point, take steps now if you are in a 'pre-diabetic' stage so it doesn't get worse. Try to cut back on sugar & refined grains & get some exercise each day. Alpha Lipoic Acid can stop & even reverse diabetic neuropathy. It also will help stabilize your blood sugar. Take 300 to 600 mg daily. B6 also will help with nerve pain/conditions. So it would be a good idea to take a good B complex vitamin capsule with your meals. Fish oil and grape seed extract will also help with the circulation in your legs.
