B1 is used to reduce the cravings and brain fog associate with withdrawel. In fact; it is not wise to withdraw from Alcohol withoug Thiamine B1. This inforamtion has been known since 1896 ! And anyone can read about it: Just type in search box Alcohol; Thiamine Vitamin B1 and Korsakoff's Pyschosis. Korsakoff's Pyschois is caused SOLELY by A LACK OF THIAMINE VIT. B1. Korsakoff's is seen predominaltey in withdrawing Alcoholic who do NOT take The Thiamine Vitamin B1 during the withdrawel...this is urgent.
