Ive been on it for Im th inking 8 or 9 months now and quite frankly, Im scared to go off it. I appreciate everyones advice SOOOOOOoo much! I wouoldnt say that Ive gained that much weight while on this.......maybe 10 or 15 pounds.. I dont know, I never weight myself!
