Guest guest
Judy, someone discussed gelatin (like in Knox ... or jello even) helped their joints. Also Glucosamine Chondriotin (check for spelling, doing this in a hurry), glucosamine sulfate, Boswellia, Tumeric. You can find these kinds of herbs/supplements combined at the health food store. Start out and one, three times a day. See how you tolerate and then increase. Usually, depending upon your particular situation, people notice a difference in 4-6 weeks. Guest guest
Knox geletin is helping with my knee pain. I mix one packet with a couple ounces of orange juice every day and after 2 weeks my pain went away. And trust me, the pain was bad enough that I was on Vicodin. Guest guest
Why would gelatin make such a difference? Does anyone think that this would work for pain caused by scar tissue (from accident/old break)? Also, has anyone heard of Rolfing (I'm not sure I spelled that right)?
