Guest guest
Hi I am new here as of today. I'm glad to have found the group. I wanted to ask the list if anyone knows of any natural herbs or remedies for helping with nicotine addiction. My grandmother who is 83 has been smoking most of her life and recently had a stroke 4 mo ago. She is recovering well but is really struggling with giving up the cigarettes. Recently, my grandfather has been letting her smoke one here or there because he says she just wont let up about it. She had been clean for 3 months.I would like to try to help before it gets back to her wanting to smoke several cigarettes a day, not to mention the constricting effects this will have on her arteries and then on her already slightly higher blood pressure. Thank you Kim from Toledo, Oh

Guest guest
Smokease® from Unicity. Smokease is a homeopathic formula designed to help you stop smoking, a habit that can take a grave toll on your health. Unlike many smoking cessation products found in stores, Smokease does not contain nicotine or any addictive ingredients. Instead, this natural product combines botanical extracts to help you manage tobacco cravings, reduce tension associated with smoking cessation and facilitate the release of accumulated toxins in your body. In addition, Smokease promotes restful sleep and relaxation. Smokease is formulated with safe, nontoxic ingredients in strict compliance with the U.S. Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia. If you or your loved ones smoke, reach for Smokease and take a significant step toward health. Hypnosis, Magnetic Clay Baths for detoxing and Quantum Biofeedback are also excellent sources for help to stop smoking and reduce cravings. When I work with a client to stop smoking, using hypnosis I program to replace craving with a healthy craving such as drinking a glass of water instead of lighting up. Guest guest
Something that really helped me when I quit was chewing on cinnamon sticks. I was told in a smoking cessastion program that cinnamon has a similar chemical makeup to nicotine and can sometimes trick the body into thinking you're getting that nicotine fix. They told us to chew cinnamon gum, but I started with the cinnamon sticks because holding one sort of felt like holding a cigarette, so it helped with the hand to mouth habit as well. Hope that helps! Jessica kim <kimba4777 escribió: Hi I am new here as of today. I'm glad to have found the group.
