Guest guest
My husband plays alot of sports- especially indoor volleyball- his feet lately has excessive odor. He is using foot spray- which I told him probably isn't good - Is there anything that he can do- he wears only cotton socks and his sneakers that he wears are mesh so they allow air to circulate- Any answers?? thanks Elle
Guest guest
Hi! I'm new here but have a suggestion. Has he tried putting deodorant on his feet before he puts his socks on? My husband hikes a lot and this suggestion is in some of the guides we have on hiking. Guest guest
My ex step son's had horrible foot odor. We had them change thier socks twice a day, wash them with listerine(yes listerine) and added more zinc to their diet and it worked. Foot odor can come from a couple of sources. The socks can be washed with borax & baking soda to remove buildup of odor and add 1 cup white vinager to the rinse water. 1> deficiency of Zinc and other essential minerals in diet. Add minerals especially zinc. 2> Parasites and /or fungus infestation - parasite or fungus cleanse 3> the skin is a living organism and has it's own elimination system. When we use synthetic materials on our feet, they can't breath. Cotton socks and natural materials in the shoe...no manmade materials. Shoes that have vents such as professional sports shoes will allow the feet to breath. 4> make sure the whole of the body elimination system is working. That's one of the first things I work with on clients that come to me sick or feeling out of sorts is getting their body to eliminate properly.
