Guest guest
I've found that Yoga Zone DVD's are a good choice. They seem to go at just the right pace for me. Guest guest
I love the videos by Shiva Rea because she really includes natural movement and dancing in hers. Plus the music she selects is awesome. She has several - Lunar yoga, trance dance and about 4 others. I like them all. Her new ones actually allow you to create your own session by picking out pieces of a variety of work outs. It's really cool. I like her because it's not just routine stuff. Rodney Yee's are good too, I have his ab workout and it's a workout. I'm always sore the next day after that one. Good luck & enjoy. A great resource is the Yoga Journal website and magazine.
