Guest guest
Use 1 unsugared Vitamin C tablet, set it on canker and let it dissolve. DH does this all the time and it goes away immediately. Guest guest
Try Hydrogen Peroxide rinse or perhaps Tea Tree oil in small cup of water. Guest guest
Deb - Buy a bottle of 10ppm strength colloidal silver at any health food store. Put a dropperful in a small glass of warm water and swish around your mouth twice a day. This should heal your painful mouth quickly. I've used the rinse on an infected tooth when it flares up and the pain and throbbing stops immediately. Judy ---- Deborah 2/20/2007 6:38:45 AM Canker Sores - Ouch !!! Help!! Guest guest
Prunella vulgaris,( self heal ) will get rid of it fast. Swish a tea made from the herb and stop using commercial toothpaste. Brush with a mix of baking soda and salt instead. Melissa is supposed to help also. Guest guest
Hi Deb, Well this is a old remedy that I still use today that I learned from dear old mom. Gargle with salt water. You can use regular salt but ideally sea salt would be the best as it is loaded with minerals. You might want to read the info about sea salt on our site. Just make a solution of sea salt and water, until the salt doesnt dissolve anymore in the water, then gargle with this brine as often as you can. If you did this like 10 times throughout the day I guarentee your sores will be minimal by morning. Good luck, Sincerely, Michael www.sensatia.com --- Deborah <gubertush wrote: > hi, > i have a horrible sore inside my mouth in the back > of my tounge - and > its extremely difficult for me to swallow ... > any ideas to try ? and does baking soda REALLY help > ? > > thanks - > Deb > > ______________________________\ ____ Don't pick lemons.
