I also use Gingko and notice the difference not only

for the short term memory, but for the ringing of the

ears, I am reading a book call Herbs for the Mind,

very good it has a whole chapter on Gingko, you be be

surprise how much more it does.

Hi all, new to the group. I too have been taking Ginko for years. I have to

say that I certainly notice it when I run out

And don't have a replacement bottle right away.

Can I ask how many mg do you take to get the best effect?

Hi,

Chamomilla-200 (Homeopathic), may help ringing in ears & related problems.

One dose per day, early morning.
