Meditation experiences

Well, anymore ppl who are interested in meditation or are meditating at

the moment...I would really like to hear about your experiences!

 

I am bouncing with energy today...all good, but I really need to calm

myself down a bit. I have so much inspiration to do creative things

these days that I can not get myself to do those things that need to be

done. So I will sit down in about half an hour and see if I can tame

myself a bit

Meditation experiences should not be discussed freely. it is one's own

personal experiences and if one wants to make it an open discussion, so

this is then the EGO talking.
