Guest guest
I GOT IT! Thank you all for the advice. Busy life that I have I never had a chance to get to the health food store to pick up any of the recommended natural remedies. I concentrated on breathing. Actually wrote the word " BREATHE " on post-it notes all over the house and my car and at work so that I took to relax and focus on me every day. Also had grammy keep Devon for a couple nights last weekend to give myself time alone (hubby was at work). Didn't clean, didn't run errands, didn't watch tv. Just rested, took baths, caught up on my reading, wrote in my journal, and went to bed early. So whatever I did it worked because Monday night I got my period (complete w terrible back pain). But I am relieved. I am going to try to keep up this destressing regimen. If I can't get rid of the stuff that causes the stress at least I know I have a natural way to relieve the tension. Thanks again. Jamie , " Jamie " <DevonsMom420 wrote: > > Is there a natural way to get my period to start?
