Guest guest
Has anyone heard of " tapping " , I'm sure there's a more technical term than that. What it consists of is tapping the face and body on different points to cure all manner of ills, psychological and physical. Paul McKenna used it to overcome fears like flying, or spiders etc, also used for stopping smoking or overeating with great success it seems. Many many uses apparently, anyone know anything? Guest guest
TFT is Thought Form Therapy from John Callahan, PhD. EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is the popular version from Gary Craig. It is available for free at EFT sites such as www.emofree.com. It has even become the first thing you'll see on my 360 blog (link below). The more I read about it, the more impressed I am. I have a powerpoint presentation that is easier to learn from than the e-book. Guest guest
I have heard of this as well and would really like to learn more about it. However, what I have seen is confusing and I have " heard " it is easy to learn.. So maybe if anyone has a web site or book they can recommend for " dummies " like me, I could learn how to do this proceedure. I have heard it works wonders for so many things. And believe me right now I'm dealing with so many health issues, I wish I could find something that could possibly work for them all... If this has already been discussed and anyone has info, please feel free to contact me off group. I would really appreciate any info you have on tapping.. There is also a book called " The Healing Power of EFT & energy Psychology " Written by David Feinstein, Donna Eden and Gary Craig (EFT Founder). I have this book it is very good Regards Caroline Hayes http://www.alwaysnaturallygreat.com Certified Organic Skin, Hair, Cosmetic & Personal Care Products " If we want to move toward a low polluting sustainable society we need to get consumers to think about their purchases " David Suzuki - gb0949 Tuesday, March 06, 2007 2:42 PM Re: tapping I have heard of this as well and would really like to learn more about it. Guest guest
Check out " Emotional Freedom Technique " . You can google it to reach the website and download the book free of charge. EFT is remarkably effective, and the materials available will walk you through the " tapping " process. It works by opening energy meridians with denial and affirmation statements to effect remarkable healing. You'll be amazed at what you can do. Guest guest
The e-book gives the background, but for an easy how-to guide there is a PowerPoint presentation that makes it really easy. It has been downloaded to the group files. You will need PowerPoint Viewer and an Unzip program. Both are free for the download. Happy tapping!
