I have had immense success with building a $5 ozone maker, that makes

ALOT of ozone. Now you can know how to build one for yourself (just

print out and read this email - its easy!). I fired mine up and it

sucked the smoke and burnt plastic smell out of my computer room in

under 5 minutes. Sweet! Here are some reasons why you would want to

build one....

Here is a document of a couple who the wife beat out 18 tumors

throughout her body - using simply ozonated water, and ozonated air

Here is a batch of testimonials of people and their claims about

ozone, and food grade hydrogen peroxide. If you didn't know the store

grade 3% has all kinds of poisons added, it will kill you (convenient

for big pharma - isn't it!) You have to get 35% FOOD GRADE hydrogen

peroxide.

Roll Your Own Ozonator for about $5

Firstly scrap up a old TV or computer monitor out of the closet or at

the local landfill (if they still let you pick). If you cannot get a

monitor simply place an ad in the paper to pick up free parts (you'll

be amazed what people will throw out).

Once you get it, pull the cover off. Warning you will have to work

with the flyback transformer - so make sure its NOT plugged in!

If you look at the CRT (the glass bulb that makes up your screen -

from inside the case) you'll see a suction cuppy stuck to it. Simply

pry it off and short its metallic clip inside the suction cup to

ground (the metal case parts) - to make sure its dead. Then when you

know that its dead cut the suction cup off. Save as much wire length

as you can get.

Next get yourself a baby food jar. With the wire you stripped (where

you cut off the suction cup) simply feed it through a small piece of

mesh (the size of the baby food lid roughly) and tie a knot in it so

it cannot feed back through the mesh. I obtained my mesh 1/8 " metal

from the local hardware store. Attach the stripped end of the wire

(that you feed through the mesh) to some aluminum foil (a good clump),

and stuff the whole works inside the baby food jar. The mesh will

'lock' inside the jar, you might have to trim it. Make sure the

exposed wire is contacting the aluminum foil in the bottom of the jar,

and is a minimum 1.5 " away from the mesh (so it does not short arc to

ground and wreck the flyback. Make sure you wear some gloves dude -

that mesh metal is prickly! Next wrap aluminum foil around the outside

of the baby food jar, and tuck tape it up. Ground that outside

aluminum foil by simply running a wire from the outside aluminum foil

to the case, and ground the mesh as well. You MUST ground that

outside aluminum foil - don't get lazy!

Okay, heres what to watch for. If you plug it in and without getting

near the jar (watch it from a distance) the aluminum foil inside the

jar will flutter, sometimes hiss and pop. It is VERY different from a

ionizer because it used the corona effect to generate the ozone. If

you look very carefully at the aluminum foil (some on the outside,

some on the inside) you will see spots with a faint blue glow on

points on the aluminum foil. This is the corona effect, and it is

causing a localized plasma, which is making the unstable oxygen

molecule ozone O^3.

Carefully place the baby food jar back inside the TV (unplugged) into

a cavity where it can sit. Make sure none of the outside aluminum

foil is going to short out something in the TV. You might want to tuck

tape it into location. Then put the cover back on, and resecure.

What you lost a screw already??!

You now know how to build your own ozone maker! When it runs ozone

will just flow out of the TV. Pass on the design and share with all!!

Over time the tin foil may wear out, then simply pull it apart and

affix more tinfoil.

It is important to note that a THIN metal such as tinfoil is used,

because of its sharp edges it helps the corona effect to occur. A

heavy wire may not do anything at all inside the jar. The mesh

stuffed into the top lid is a safety measure it holds the flyback in,

and forms a sorta faraday cage. The flyback can arc like 1.5 " If it

gets out of the jar, or the jar breaks DON'T USE IT - that is until ya

fix it!

Hey and don't use something like a a drinking glass instead of the

baby food jar, I tried that, the flyback was so strong it arced RIGHT

THROUGH THE GLASS - and burned out the flyback! Anything with THICK

glass is more recommended.
