I am having a gall bladder attack, which is complicated by hiatal hernia

In the book, " Lets Get Well " by Adelle Davis, I got this " recipe " of for gall

bladder. It worked for me, and my two daughters. 2 vitamin C (1000mg), 2 vitamin

A, 2 vitamin E, 1 B6 (or any B vitamin), 1 Lecithin, 1 Fish Oil. Works in 10-15

minutes. Reason it works. The pain is caused by stones getting stuck in the bile

duct. The vitamins shrink the stone to pass through, no more pain. There's a

whole chapter in the book. But that is the recipe. My sister just tried it, too,

and it worked for her. At the very least, it shouldn't hurt anything. They are

just vitamins.

If it's really bad, this probably won't help you now, but when I

started having mild gallbladder problems, I started taking fish oil

and eating extra-virgin olive oil instead of butter. Took care of the

gallbladder problems.
