Guest guest
Might be worth it to do a different kind of thyroid test; sounds like the ones the doctors do are pretty much worthless. I just sort of discovered (thanks to this list) that I must have developed a hypo-thyroid in the last year or two. I've been so very sluggish, gained a bunch of weight (but I attributed that to a crippling accident), and I noticed that my eyebrow hairs and mole-whiskers ;+) hadn't been growing. Thought maybe I was just getting old. Then with all the talk on this list about thyroid, it sounded like maybe I'd better try some kind of thyroid support. Got something with tyrosine and herbs in it, and suddenly, I have lots more energy, and all those pesky hairs are growing again. .... and those chemical drugs probably aren't doing you as much good as the dr. is telling you... They're pretty much " pushers " for the pharmaceutical companie$. Guest guest
Allopathic toxicity is one of many things that can make you excessivly tired. Chronic Fatigue, adrenal exhaustion are some others. Stress in general whether it be emotional or physical. When the body first gets an alarm that something is in dis-ease if we don't respond and take care of it we begin to Adapt to it...the body learns to ignore the alarm...thusly we end up in Exhaustion and the body is in chronic dis-ease and fatigue like you're talking about is a daily thing. The key is to get the body to rebound enough to hear the alarm, correct the original issue and the exhaustion and adaptation are resolved. That is what Quantum Biofeedback does. With over 200 holistic modalities to work with...it offers healing via many forms and the ability to tell you where the original alarm came from. Any practitioner who uses the SCIO device has this ability. Guest guest
Yes, gabapentin frequently causes fatigue and lethargy, think lexapro does also but less experience with that drug. Your doc should know that!
