Calcium and vitamin C are for your muscles.

For itchy skin, eat (and bathe in) oatmeal; eat rice, parsley (you can add

it to potato soup or blend into smoothies), and olive oil and lots of water.

Oatmeal and parsley are good for hives, and rice will rid your body of

certain toxins. Eating olive oil, just a spoonful a day, and lots of water,

melon, and watery foods will help your skin.
