Guest guest
I am in need of advice or reccommendations. I have some health issues which doctors do not seem to want to treat or if they treat it the problem returns. I have the worse itching all over my skin, my scalp has patches of white flaky things and the itching is driving me insane. I am sure I have yeast overgrowth and I have other problems. I would like to improve my health, lose weight and have a baby but its all so overwhelming I dont know which way to go. I would like to deal with this naturally. Guest guest
Severe Itching can be a symptom of diabetes.... I had this condition when I was pregnant with my last baby and the Dr. had no idea what was wrong. Well after the baby was born 6 weeks late and 12 pounds, the Pediatrician in attendance suspected that I had gestational diabetes. Also I went over a list of new things in my diet and the only thing I could come up with was the Vitamin E. I quit that and the itching stopped. It was the type that is extracted from wheat. Anyway, also I read somewhere that intense itching during pregnancy can also be caused by the baby having an excess of testosterone. So there are many causes apparently. My baby boy turned into a big time risk taker and started racing cars as soon as he was old enough to do that, so may be some truth in the testosterone thing. Try to do some detective work on yourself for new products whether applied topically or ingested which includes foods and so on. Environmental changes, New sex partner etc. Sometimes you will know more about the cause than the Doctor. Peace, Thyme

Janice Do you suspect it could be psoriasis? The best thing is sun, I think. My grandmother had it on her scalp, but she would not go outside into the sun for anything! Here are some food remedies I like: itching skin (vitamin A and E) bellpeppers, tomatoes, eggs rashes- oatmeal, rice, parsley for yeast- plain yogurt, add lemon or vanilla flavoring if desired (sugar feeds yeast). No bread, wine, beer, vinegar, mushrooms? anything with yeast until you're clear. Your nervousness might be lack of B vitamins, which you are craving with too much bread (yeast). Try a supplement, natural, on this site. inproving health, losing weight- Herbalife (the whey based shakes (my recommendation) only) for achieving pregnancy) having baby- eat peas (zinc), avoid soy (estrogen). Stop using OTC medications, and purify your system-lots of water, cranberries (detoxifies liver), melon, orange juice (with folic acid!) whole fresh foods, nothing out of a box or artificially flavored or full of preservatives (lunch meat). lose 20 lbs. if you are having trouble conceiving. excercise, but don't start the day you find out you're pregnant! don't wear yourself (and baby) out. don't eat leftovers. baby deserves the best nutrition possible. Guest guest
1.Severe itching can also be a parasite on the skin or in the skin cells. 2.Allergic reaction to numerous things (you can get an allergy to anything at any time, even to things that you didn't have a reaction to previously), 3.Deficiency of EFA's can make the skin dry and itchy also. 4.Not enough water with appropriate tension for your body is another. Guest guest
Hi Janice, This kind of itching in such a young woman sounds like generalized allergies or chemical sensitivities. Best to have a full body scan or a reading by a medical intuitive. I will make some suggestions to help you focus. Try these areas: 1) Sensitivity possibly to dioxin used in many lawn chemicals and elsewhere. 2) Heavy metals, probably Nickle These two things are causing problems in many systems of the body and general weakness, debilitation, tiredness and poor mental functioning. Plus it can throw off your metabolism, thus the weight gain and loss. With this weakness comes problems with sugar metabolism, women's problems and parasites. I would look at liver flukes, amoeba and possibly rascal to rebalance. Most doctors are not very helpful with these kinds of problems. They do their tests but these kinds of things often do not show up. It is therefore very difficult for them to know what to do for you. Get a good practitioner who can diagnose all this and set you up with a program. Check it out with muscle testing or something similar. Yeast does not seem to be a problem at this time. Healing needs to be done in layers. A hair analysis will tell you about the metals. Vets know more about parasites then most doctors. For dioxin, try homeopathic dioxin(2-3) from: http://www.hannasherbshop.com/ They can also tell you who can do readings and who else can help. Vibe machine treatments or other Rife/Lathovsky type treatments should help. See vibemachine.com to see if someone has one near you that you can use. Angle prefers the PhotonGenie which is an excellent machine from Ed Skilling. Use foot baths or baths to detox with salt and (baking) soda or Miracle II products. Guest guest
After the kidneys, liver and lungs, the largest area of elimination in the body is the skin. Perhaps you have some toxic overload going on and your organs are a bit either clogged or overwhelmed. A few things you can start to do is to drink a LOT of water - distilled water not tap water. Begin to clean up your diet. Remove sugar, fruits, caffeine, soft drinks. Buy as many or as much organically if you can.... vegetables, eggs, meat (if you eat those things). IN other words, lessen the toxic load going into your system. It may take a while to clean up your system. And you may experience a worsening of the condition as you start to cleanse your body. Try some herbal teas to support your organs which are a little gentler than taking herbal capsules. The best overall blood cleanser is burdock. Get yourself a good herb book and look for 'alterative' herbs... those are herbs that support and nourish in addition to cleansing. Nettles (for kidneys) is also an alterative. If you have someone near you that does detoxifying foot baths, that would be a good thing to do as well. Foremost also is to clean up your digestive tract and to put some 'fire' in your belly. I would find some good probiotics and some good enzymes. A colon cleanse - gently - would be helpful to pull some of the toxins out of your system that you are shedding through your skin. Keywords... do what you can, as gently as you can, so that the elimination of does not become an additional major stressor to your system. Hope this helps. Guest guest
When you seek advice from this type of forum, it would be better if you give more details such as your age, height, weight and food habit. Regarding itching, try applying pure ghee, preferably home made ghee all your body, stay for 30 minutes and then take bath. Do not apply soap. Instead, rub the body with Bengal Gram powder to remove the oil. do this for three days and see the result. It would also help if yu drink a glass of warm milk with two spoons of cow's ghee mixed in it. You will have to heat the ghee to blend with the milk. This will remove the heat from the body and clean your stomach. --- Janice <janice7846 wrote: > I am in need of advice or reccommendations.
