Guest guest Posted February 2, 2007 Report Share Posted February 2, 2007 Dear Solema, Omega 3 can be found in many diffrent sources. omega 3 can come from a plant based product, fish , or meat. for example, I use emu oil as my prefered source of omega three. here are some examples of plant based omega 3.
