Guest guest
You most likely need more essential fatty acids,. and enough fluids. Flax seeds, krill oil, fish oil, are all good. Ien

Guest guest
Take hyaluronic acid which is available at health food stores. It is moisturizing. You can also add it to skin lotion. Include real butter in your diet for Vitamin A, also apricots and yellow squash. vitamin A nourishes the skin. Also try glycerin and rose water, an old fashioned mixture for the skin, topically which holds moisture in the skin. Most drugstores carry this still. Guest guest
I used Extra light virgin olive oil just before I get out of the shower. Also using very hot water will rob your skin of necessary oils to moisturize. Make sure your diet has adequate fatty acids and good fats too. I frequently see clients with reduced or deficiency in Fatty acids with dry skin. When the balance is made, the skin improves.
