labor enhancing question

Quick question:

My daughter is over due for her baby, this is her 5th pregnancy and has been

in early labor (contractions have been bouncing between 20 minutes apart on

Tuesday, 8 minutes and painful Wed.) I know there are a few herbs that act as a

natural way to help the contractions become consistent but cannot remember if

there are any other than Blue Cohosh and wondered if anyone out there knows. The

place where I get my herbs does not have the Blue Cohosh. If you know of other

herbs I would sure appreciate the help and I know she will as well. Thank you

for your help. Susan

Hope all is well with you and yours.

This is a very timely post for me as I am 41 weeks + 3 days today. I

declined stretch and sweep and also refused being induced. Going for daily

check-ups from Saturday (42weeks) I have been on the respberry leaf tea and

am about to try pineapple. The eggplant parmessan sounds interesting!

your advice.

isn't - send her my blessings - I've had 5 myself, all at home... - I'm not

a doctor but I do have experience - lol

(hope I'm not too late to help...)

Yes caster oil works, just be ready for a major bowel

cleaning and horrible contractions. I did it with my

first baby 25 years ago that was late....I personally

wouldn't do it again.

That baby will come when IT is ready...not mommy.
