Another way of saying it is that lemons create more alkaline blood and that is GOOD! So, go ahead, and enjoy your bounty. One good way is to drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice first thing in the morning. It gets your metabolism going, and purifies the blood. From the frozen North, I salute your tree with envy!
