Guest guest
Hi Sue, Just a note of encouragement...I quit smoking last may and it was one of the smartest things I've ever done... I do use the lozenges when I get a craving, but I have to say... my house smells better, my car smells better, I get up in the morning and don't have to hack and cough... I use very few kleenex's anymore and my kids love it... I don't drop cigs anywhere...so there's no burn holes...my clothes don't smell (yes NOW I see how people could smell me when I smoked!) and I can go into restaurants etc... without having to plan where I'll smoke!!!!!!!!!!! You'll love it once you get use to it... I didn't even think I could drive my car without a smoke... I took a pencil... I didn't think I could garden without a smoke... (cigs were my break time)... now I just have a cold glass of water and I don't have to keep track of lighters, cig case etc... Good luck, you can do it, I did and I was smoking ALOT! Guest guest
Hi there, I was a heavy smoker to up until 12yrs ago!!!! it was one of the hardest things to do (give up) I discovered the same things.... getting up in the morning and coughing, being able to smell and taste food so much better ect.. I think with regards to detox Zeolites will help I have started taking them myself and have noticed a big difference also a Good probiotic. I have just started my elective subject " Lymphatic Drainage " and believe this kind of massage would be really beneficial. I also found I saved heaps of money $$$$ so to reward myself for giving up I used to buy myself a CD or something each week and still had more money than I used to when I smoked!!!!
