I made a tonic consisting of one pint each of raw honey and organic apple cider

vinegar and 8 cloves of raw garlic. Mixed in a blender for several minutes

until garlic was finely minced.

 

Poured this into a glass jar with screw-on lid and stored in refrigerator for

two weeks.

 

After that period of time, I took one tablespoon of the mixture every morning in

a small glass of orange juice (any kind of juice will do). Both the strong

garlic odor and taste goes away and the healing properties are numerous. Search

on Google for ACV and honey uses and with raw garlic added, this has tremendous

medicinal value.
