Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I felt a cold coming on about a week ago, and I have been taking Airborne ever since. It seems to have helped, however my cold is slowly getting worse. How long can I take Airborne for? or is their anything else that will help me feel better? Thankyou, Suzi
Guest guest
Hi Suzi First I would cut dairy of of your diet immediatly. Dairy products cause mucus production in the body. Second, you should really take a high quality multi vitamin and on top of that some anti-oxidants like C & E. I take a bunch of different immunity vitamins that I can reccomend to you. You probably aren't getting the nutrients you need from your diet which is why you are getting more sick , " suzisuri45 " <suzisuri wrote: > > Hi Everyone, > > I felt a cold coming on about a week ago, and I have been taking > Airborne ever since.
