Guest guest
Hi Can you give more information as to why your breathing requires easing? Is it due to asthma or infection? Essential oils all have different properties & more information would help to give you oils to choose from. jazzbvb www.scentsiblesolutions.co.uk , " Emilylillysue " <raphealariel wrote: > > is there anything to ease my breathing ive tryed peppermint pine ect >
Guest guest
I'm not sure what your trouble is, whether you have asthma or not, but I do know that there is a great product you can try. I had asthma as a child, and outgrew it, but I still don't breath deeply, and if I ever get a cold it goes right to my chest. When I exercise or exert myself it becomes difficult for me to breath. I found that Cell Food, which you now can buy in most health food stores, works wonders! It will almost immediately open up your lungs. I was told by a person that uses Cell Food a lot that a person is feeling an asthma attack come on they can take a few drops straight on the tongue and the attack will stop. I don't have any personal experience with this, as like I said I don't have asthma anymore. But I did want to try it so took 2 drops right on the tongue--it tastes nasty that way, but I didn't notice anything extraordinary happen in my lungs. I do know, though, that taking the normal amount of 7 drops 3 times a day in a glass of water actually made me able to breath deeper within just one day. And when I do exert myself, it's hardly noticeable in my lungs anymore. Cell Food use to be an MLM product (don't know if it still is somewhere or not) but I've seen it in the health food stores here. They now have a line of Cell Food products, but all I've ever tried is the original small bottle of Cell Food drops. I also know, that if you stop taking the Cell Food, your lungs will go back to being the way they were--having difficulty breathing and such. The Cell Food delivers extra oxygen to the system, which is why the lungs breath easier on it. A small bottle lasts one month used as directed. Cheaper, but nastier tasting, is hydrogen peroxide. I know people that take a few drops of regular 3% hp and put that in a glass of water and get the same results. Many people say you shouldn't use the 3% because it has additives in it, so they use the food grade. It's kind of expensive to buy food grade because you normally have to pay hazard shipping costs (it's coorisive) but you dilute it down to 3% so it lasts for a very long time. But a person that uses plain old store grade 3%, what you find in any grocery or drug store, points out that the additives are so diluted by the time you drink it that you ingest far more " junk " just by eating store bought food than by taking hp. I think he's probably right! Both the Cell Food and the hp add oxygen to your system, which helps the lungs (and everything else in your body). There's lots of information On how to use hydrogen peroxide on the web. Just do a google search for it and you will find thousands of pages. Pick a few and read about it and decide for yourself if you want to use regular 3% or spring for the food grade. Both work the same--just the 3% has the additives. Guest guest
the best thing I have found is Vicks Vapor rub. Put a little up each nostril with a Q tip and a tiny bit on the tongue. Works instantly. If congestion in chest then massage it into the chest and back and put on a warm top. Peace, Thyme
