Guest guest
I have always been an extremely sensitive person -- sensitive to everything (physical, emotional, etc.) -- and seem to just keep becoming more so. Or probably just sorting things out and figuring out which things cause what. Couple things I've figured out lately: fake cheese like Velveeta, and lunch meat like olive loaf, very strongly affect my mood. I've avoided things like Velveeta and " lunch meat " for many years, but now my son is 14, and I started slacking off. That stuff sure tastes good... Rotel dip, white-bread sandwiches smeared with mayo and greasy lunch meat... Well, ate the fake-cheese for a few days, and started feeling *really* bad. Enough of that. Awhile later, got a package of olive loaf. Didn't taste as good as I remembered (more sophisticated tastebuds now, and used to REAL food), but it was still sinfully delicious. Pretty much instantly, I felt weirdly hyper and sort of aggressive or something. It sure doesn't taste good enough to put up with that.
