Guest guest
Hi everyone. I suffer terribly from my stomach bloating. I have tried numerous products both over the counter and prescriptions and nothing helps. I am only 125 lbs but there are days that I look five months pregnant. Can anyone suggest any remedies to relieve this? Thanks for any help.
Guest guest
Try a parasite cleanse...seriously! Bloating often times comes when waste material sits in the intestines and putrifies, which then feeds the parasites. Cleanse the bowel, eliminate the parasites and you will reduce the bloating and gas. Unicity's Paraway Plus pack or Cleanse packs are all natural and easy to use and very effective! Guest guest
I would suggest enzymes. I recently tried taking enzymes after each meal and was really pleased. It helps with digestion. I have to order some more and I can feel the difference since I ran out. Marguerite in Illinois ______________________________\ ____ It's here! Your new message! Guest guest
You're not digesting certain foods right & they can ferment & cause bloating. Also, some fibers can cause bloating in some people. Psyllium is one. So if you are taking a fiber supplement, make sure you can tolerate it. Glucomannan is said to be the best tolerated fiber supplement. Are you allergic to gluten? Try a gluten free diet for a month & see if you improve. Mostly this will mean a no grain diet since gluten is in many grains. You can search on the Internet & find which grains don't have gluten. You may also be allergic to some other foods. Keep a food diary & see if you can see a pattern when you eat certain foods. Start with a very simple diet plan & gradually add different foods until you get a reaction. Most important though...you need to start taking probiotics. If the natural bacteria & flora in your gut is out of balance, it can cause your problem. Nature's Way makes a good bifidus capsule that is enteric coated so it bypasses your stomach acids & helps your colon. Acidophilus helps your small intestines. Natren makes a very good acidophilus. Yogurt naturally has a couple of transient bacteria species that help the whole digestive tract, starting in your mouth. These days you can find some yogurts that have added acidophilus & bifidus in them. Activa yogurt has added bifidus. I haven't tried it because of the sugar content, but you could start there until you can get the bifidus in capsules. Digestive enzymes might help you too. It may also be a good idea to see a doctor & rule out any problems with you ovaries. Jean , " Suzanne Harmon " <safeinjc wrote: > > Hi everyone. I suffer terribly from my stomach bloating. Guest guest
I forgot to add, you might have a yeast infection. If the gut flora is out of balance, the yeast there can overgrow & cause problems. Remember, it's the yeast in bread that causes it to rise. Read up on systemic yeast infections & the diet you need to go on to control them. (no sugar, grains, starchy foods, etc) Jean , " Suzanne Harmon " <safeinjc wrote: > > Hi everyone. Guest guest
Hi,Suzanne,I would suggest you can be checked if your spine is straight normally,if there is something swelling beside or on it,if your tongue coating is white and thick.Could you remember your moods changed a lot or you get hurt before your stomach bloating? Maybe you can try doing some massage along acupuncture meridians on your abdomen and legs to release bloating. , " Suzanne Harmon " <safeinjc wrote: > > Hi everyone. Guest guest
Digestive Enzymes taken with food will take care of bloating. By the way, anything that has been pasteurized can make you bloated. That is basically ALL dairy. Choose raw dairy products (realmilk.com) - Dr. Matthew J.
