Guest guest
Good Morning, When practicing stretching exercises or certain Yoga poses; I feel like I'm going to pass out, and/or I feel " far away " (sounds get far away) and then I kind of " come to " . It's when I bend my back, backwards. For those familiar with Yoga, this would happen to me doing the bridge pose or if I just stand tall and reach back to stretch. Accompanied by an intense light-headedness. I'm almost always well-hydrated, well-fed, and not on any medications. Any suggestions of what type of Dr I should see? Any clues as to what this could possibly be? Thanks for your time, Jennifer http://groups. / group/minimalisticliving/
Guest guest
Have you had your heart checked? It sounds like a ridiculopathy of an artery while moving a certain way. To avoid passing out maybe you should avoid such poses until you get checked. I don't know if a Western trained Dr. would be of much use, you may need someone who uses a combination of tests. Guest guest
It may be nothing, but then, it may be something serious. Sometimes your bones can interrupt the flow of blood and nerves. Better get it checked by someone who is trained to diagnose any serious problems first.
